Please note that when booking through our reservation portal, a $10 deposit is required to reserve your seat inside our tasting room, which has limited seating capacity. This deposit will be applied toward your tasting fees. The portal allows reservations up to 24 hours in advance.
For same-day appointments, please call the tasting room at (512) 431-1403 to confirm seating availability. While walk-ins are always welcome for tastings, bottles, and glass service, we cannot guarantee indoor seating without prior reservations.

Grape to Bottle Tour
Embark on a journey from vine to wine with our exclusive behind-the-scenes tour at Westcave Cellars Winery & Brewery lead by winemaker Allan Fetty. This interactive experience begins with an explanation of grape growing and harvest, while viewing the processing equipment. Next, guests explore our state-of-the-art winery, where theyβll immerse themselves in a comprehensive, guided tasting of wine samples at various stages of developmentβfrom tanks to barrelsβoffering a unique glimpse into the winemaking process.
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Please note, the winery maintains a consistent temperature of 55Β°F. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort during the tour.
