Westcave Cellars Winery & Brewery is a family-owned and operated Estate that proudly offers wines crafted from 100% Texas-grown grapes, many produced from the 9-acre Hill Country vineyard previously owned, but still farmed, by the Fettys. Our handcrafted wines are produced in a French style, making them unique among other Texas Hill Country wineries. Our Craft Beer is mostly 100% Texas-grown with hops farmed in the Texas Hill Country.

Reservations are now required for tasting experiences for up to 6 guests. Please use the “BOOK NOW” button located below or found at the top right of each page. For more than 6 guests, please call 512-431-1403 for reservations.
NOTE: When you book your reservations through the Tock portal, the $10.00 reservation deposit is to reserve your seat inside our tasting room (limited seating capacity). This deposit will be applied toward your tasting fees only. The Tock portal only allows for reservations made 24 hrs in advance. For same-day appointments, please call the tasting room in advance to confirm seating availability at 512-431-1403.
Walk-ins are always welcome for tastings, bottles, and glass service. However, we cannot guarantee indoor seating without prior reservations.
Winery Tours
Grape to Bottle: $40.00
Become a wine-spert! Make a reservation to enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour to learn how grapes become bottled wine. This adventure begins with an in-depth, guided tasting in the new, state-of-the-art winery. Samples of wines in various stages and ages from tanks and barrels intersperse the experience. A wine tasting from the menu is also included. (Approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes)
The winery is 55°F at all times. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
